No indemnity bond required

8-79-106. No indemnity bond required. In any action of whatever nature brought under articles 70 to 82 of this title, no bond shall be required of the division, nor shall any sheriff or agent of the division require from said division an indemnifying bond for executing the writs of attachment and warrants provided for in this article.
