7-58-601. Member's interest. (1) A member's interest: (a) Is personal property; (b) Consists of: (I) Governance rights; (II) Financial rights; and (III) The right or obligation, if any, to do business with the limited cooperative association; and (c) May be in certificated or uncertificated form.
