Qualifications of directors

7-128-102. Qualifications of directors. A director shall be an individual. The bylaws may prescribe other qualifications for directors. A director need not be a resident of this state or a member of the nonprofit corporation unless the bylaws so prescribe. Source: L. 97: Entire article added, p. 688, � 3, effective July 1, 1998.
