7-117-100.3. Definitions. As used in this article 117, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) Existing corporation means any domestic corporation that was in existence on June 30, 1994, and that was incorporated under any general statute of this state providing for incorporation of corporations for profit if the power to amend or repeal the statute under which the corporation was incorporated was reserved.
