Relation to article 9 and consumer laws

4-12-103. Relation to article 9 and consumer laws. (a) If there is conflict between this article 12 and article 9 of this title 4, article 9 of this title 4 governs. (b) A transaction subject to this article 12 is subject to any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers and any other state law.
