26-12-401. Definitions. As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) Board of commissioners means the board of commissioners of veterans community living centers created in section 26-12-402. (2) Office means the office within the state department responsible for the oversight of veterans community living centers, or its successor agency, in the state department.
