Eligibility for care

26-12-104. Eligibility for care. (1) A person must be considered for admission to a veterans center if he or she meets the eligibility requirements prescribed in state and federal regulations. (2) After admission, a resident shall be subject to periodic review as to financial status, need for continuing medical institutional care, and other eligibility factors.
