25-4-1002.5. Definitions. As used in this part 10, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) Birthing facility means a general hospital or birthing center licensed or certified pursuant to section 25-1.5-103. (2) Department means the department of public health and environment. (3) State board means the state board of health in the department.
