24-30-1519. Insurance policies. The procurement of any property or liability insurance policy by any state agency shall be coordinated through and approved by the department of personnel. State agencies are encouraged to submit any other insurance policy to the department of personnel for review and evaluation. Source: L. 86: Entire section added, p. 893, � 9, effective April 17.
