24-18-203. Voidable contracts. Every contract made in violation of any of the provisions of section 24-18-201 or 24-18-202 shall be voidable at the instance of any party to the contract except the officer interested therein. Source: L. 88: Entire article added, p. 906, � 1, effective July 1.
