Meetings of board of directors

23-21-511. Meetings of board of directors. All meetings of the board of directors shall be subject to the provisions of section 24-6-402, C.R.S. No business of the board of directors shall be transacted except at a regular or special meeting at which a quorum consisting of at least a majority of the total membership of the board is present. Any action of the board of directors shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of the total membership of the board. Source: L. 91: Entire part added, p. 567, � 2, effective June 1.
