Names certified to commissioner

22-30-110. Names certified to commissioner. When any committee has been appointed, as provided in section 22-30-106 (2), the secretary thereof shall certify to the commissioner the names and post office addresses of each member of such committee, indicating the persons elected as chair and vice-chair. Any change in the personnel or officers of such committee shall be likewise certified to the commissioner. Source: L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 501, � 1, effective June 1.
