Definitions

12-1-103. Definitions. As used in this title 12, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) Department means the department of regulatory agencies created in section 24-1-122. (2) Executive director means the executive director of the department or the executive director's designee. (3) Profession or occupation, profession, or occupation means an activity subject to regulation by a part or article of this title 12.
