Regulation of agents

10-16-414. Regulation of agents. The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to provide for the licensing of agents. An agent means a person directly or indirectly associated with a health-care plan who engages in solicitation or enrollment. Source: L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 1706, � 1, effective July 1.
