1-47-107. Prohibition on voting prerequisites based on gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation. [Editor's note: For the applicability of this section on or after January 1, 2026, see the editor's note following the article 47 heading.] A political subdivision shall not implement, impose, or enforce a qualification for eligibility to be an elector or another prerequisite to voting based on an individual's actual or perceived gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.
